Aiming to provide better service for the region participants, increase the varieties and improve the quality of the services provided and become a social, educational, cultural, information operation center, the GOSB Administration Center, whose project planning had started in 1996, was completed in 1999.

The GOSB Administration Center and Social Premises design, which has made it into the Turkish architecture literature, was done by Architect Doğan Tekeli and late Architect Sami Sisa.

The building comprises of two parts, the administrative and social sections. In the section in which social places are located includes the Conference Hall, Multi-Purpose Hall, Restaurant and general service areas.

The GOSB Administration Center was aforethought as a prestige building, and along with its design, the designs of worldly famous designers, and again, the furnitures of worldly famous decoration companies were used for its decoration.  Herman Miller, Fasem, Frank Gehry, Van Der Roche Barcelona, Castelli Penelope, Mattio Grassi, Quinet Calay, Cabas, Comforto, Flexform, Green, Rissa, Molteni&C, Arper are some of these designer companies.

The texture-shadow and light effects, the cylindrical entrance, the colonnade system, sunblinds used in straight lateral facades, exposed concrete, Alucobond Panel coating usage has helped the both functional and plain and simple design of the building.
